During the lease term in Country_club_manor

If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to enter a rental property in Country_club_manor, the renter must allow us to go into the rental home. Some solid reasons to access rental home are to:

- Perform maintenance or decorate,
- Provide agreed services, or
- Show the rental property to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.
Nesbitt Realty will always strive to give the tenant notice and obtain tenant consent before coming into the rental home. However, Nesbitt Realty can and will enter the rental property without tenant consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to agitate tenants in Country_club_manor. Nesbitt Realty will only enter at reasonable hours of the day, except in the case of an emergency.
