If your real estate investment requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the property advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every real estate agent in Columbia_Condominium.

The Realtor will inspect your real estate investment and make suggestions that could improve your home's rentability. The real estate agent will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen when called upon.

The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your rental. By comparing your home to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in Columbia_Condominium we will best know the market value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
