If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the real estate investment on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every Realtor in Columbia_condominium.

The property manager will carefully examine your real estate investment and make recommendations that will likely improve your rental's rentability. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if called upon.

The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Columbia_condominium we will best know the retail value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
