The property manager will carefully examine your real estate investment and make recommendations that will likely improve your rental's rentability. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if called upon.
The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your real estate investment.
