If your rental needs a renter, we immediately assign a property manager to get the rental advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every Realtor in Clarendon_Condos.

The Realtor will inspect your property and make suggestions that will likely improve your rental's rentability. The Realtor will also notify you of maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors if called upon.

The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Clarendon_Condos we can nail down the market value of your property.
