If your property is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the property on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every property manager in Clarendon_condos.

The property manager will inspect your property and make recommendations that will improve your property's rentability. The property manager will also list repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors if called upon.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your rental. By comparing your rental to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Clarendon_condos we will best know the retail value of your rental. From there we will make a recommended list price for the home.
