If your real estate investment requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the home listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Circle_Condominiums.
The property manager will carefully examine your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your rental's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors when necessary.
The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Circle_Condominiums we can help determine the retail value of your home. From there we will make a suggested list price for the rental.
