If your rental needs a renter, we immediately assign a property manager to get the property listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Circle_condominiums.
The Realtor will scrutinize your property and make recommendations that will improve your rental's rentability. The property manager will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when necessary.
The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Circle_condominiums we can nail down the market value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the home.
