If your home requires a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the home listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in Circle.

The property manager will scrutinize your home and make suggestions that will improve your real estate investment's rental value. The real estate agent will also list maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen when needed.

The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Circle we will best know the actual value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
