If your property needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the home on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in Cherrydale.
The property manager will inspect your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen if necessary.
The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your rental. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your rental to homes that recently rented in Cherrydale we will help determine the retail value of your property.
