If your real estate investment is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every real estate agent in Cherrydale.

The property manager will inspect your property and make recommendations that will improve your home's rental value. The property manager will also determine maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen when necessary.

The Realtor will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Cherrydale we will best know the actual value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
