If your property requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the property advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every property manager in Century_South_Or_the_Brittany.

The Realtor will carefully examine your home and make suggestions that will improve your real estate investment's rental value. The property manager will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if necessary.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to homes that recently rented in Century_South_Or_the_Brittany we will best know the actual value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
