If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the rental on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every Realtor in Century_south_or_the_brittany.

The real estate agent will carefully examine your home and make recommendations that will likely improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when needed.

The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your property to offerings that recently rented in Century_south_or_the_brittany we will nail down the retail value of your home. From there we can make a recommended list price for the rental.
