If your property requires a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the rental listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in Carlin.

The Realtor will inspect your property and make suggestions that will likely improve your rental's rental value. The Realtor will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors when needed.

The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to homes that recently rented in Carlin we will help determine the retail value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
