If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the rental listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in Carlin.
The property manager will take a look at your rental and make suggestions that will likely improve your real estate investment's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen if called upon.
The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your home to homes that recently rented in Carlin we can best know the market value of your rental.
