One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in Buckingham_Commons_Village.

The property manager will inspect your home and make recommendations that will likely improve your rental's rental value. The property manager will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors if needed.

The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Buckingham_Commons_Village we can help determine the market value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
