If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the property listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every real estate agent in Buckingham_commons_village.

The Realtor will take a look at your property and make suggestions that will likely improve your real estate investment's rental value. The property manager will also determine repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen if called upon.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your real estate investment to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to homes that recently rented in Buckingham_commons_village we will help determine the actual value of your home.
