If your property requires a renter, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the property listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every Realtor in Broyhill_Hills.

The real estate agent will carefully examine your property and make recommendations that could improve your rental's rental value. The property manager will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen when called upon.

The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Broyhill_Hills we can help determine the retail value of your property.
