If your property requires a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the home advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every real estate agent in Broyhill_hills.

The property manager will scrutinize your property and make suggestions that will likely improve your rental's rentability. The property manager will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen if necessary.

The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your real estate investment to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your rental to homes that recently rented in Broyhill_hills we can help determine the market value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
