If your home requires a renter, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the home on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every Realtor in Bromptons_At_Monument_Place.

The Realtor will take a look at your property and make suggestions that could improve your rental's rental value. The property manager will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when called upon.

The Realtor will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Bromptons_At_Monument_Place we will best know the retail value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a recommended list price for the home.
