If your property requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the real estate investment listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every property manager in Bromptons_at_monument_place.

The Realtor will carefully examine your property and make suggestions that will improve your real estate investment's rental value. The Realtor will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors when needed.

The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Bromptons_at_monument_place we can best know the actual value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
