If your home needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the home listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every property manager in Bel_Alton.

The Realtor will take a look at your rental and make suggestions that will improve your rental's rental value. The real estate agent will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors when called upon.

The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to homes that recently rented in Bel_Alton we can best know the actual value of your property.
