If your property is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a property manager to get the home listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every Realtor in Bel_alton.

The Realtor will inspect your real estate investment and make recommendations that could improve your property's rentability. The real estate agent will also list maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors when needed.

The real estate agent will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in Bel_alton we can nail down the market value of your rental. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
