We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the property advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every real estate agent in Barcroft.
The Realtor will inspect your real estate investment and make recommendations that will improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also list maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors when necessary.
The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your home. By comparing your rental to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Barcroft we will best know the retail value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the home.
