We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your property is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a property manager to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in Astoria.
The Realtor will take a look at your property and make suggestions that will likely improve your rental's rental value. The Realtor will also list repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen when necessary.
The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your rental. By comparing your home to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your rental to real estate investments that recently rented in Astoria we will help determine the market value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
