Do you need a renter for a rental in Astoria?
We don't just find tenants. We find great tenants.
The key to great rental management is good tenants. Nesbitt Realty almost never has problems with tenants that we identify.
Nesbitt Realty has experience with unreasonable renters because we've inherited issues from property owners who found their own tenants, or from property owners who have brought us tenants from other property management companies.

We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your home is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the rental listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every real estate agent in Astoria.
The real estate agent will carefully examine your rental and make suggestions that will improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also determine maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors when called upon.
The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Astoria we will best know the market value of your home. From there we can make a suggested list price for the home.
