If your property is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the home advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every real estate agent in Arlington_Oaks.

The real estate agent will take a look at your home and make recommendations that will improve your home's rental value. The property manager will also list repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if needed.

The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to homes that recently rented in Arlington_Oaks we will help determine the retail value of your real estate investment.
