If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the home on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every Realtor in Arlington_oaks.

The real estate agent will scrutinize your property and make suggestions that will improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also notify you of maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when called upon.

The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Arlington_oaks we will best know the market value of your real estate investment.
