If your property requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the property listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every real estate agent in The_waterview_condominium.

The real estate agent will inspect your real estate investment and make recommendations that will likely improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen when called upon.

The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your home. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your rental to homes that recently rented in The_waterview_condominium we will best know the retail value of your rental. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
