If your property needs a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the property advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Columbia_Condominium.

The property manager will take a look at your property and make suggestions that will improve your property's rentability. The property manager will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors if needed.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to offerings that recently rented in Columbia_Condominium we can help determine the retail value of your home. From there we will make a suggested list price for the home.
