If your property needs a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the property advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Columbia_Condominium.
The property manager will take a look at your property and make suggestions that will improve your property's rentability. The property manager will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors if needed.
