If your real estate investment is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the rental advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Windsor_est.

The property manager will scrutinize your property and make recommendations that could improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when called upon.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your rental to offerings that recently rented in Windsor_est we will best know the actual value of your home. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
