If your property requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every property manager in Vernon Heights.

The property manager will scrutinize your home and make suggestions that will improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors if called upon.

The Realtor will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your home to homes that recently rented in Vernon Heights we will help determine the market value of your home. From there we will make a suggested list price for the rental.
