If your rental needs a renter, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the home on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every real estate agent in The Preston.

The real estate agent will scrutinize your home and make recommendations that could improve your property's rentability. The property manager will also list maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if necessary.

The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in The Preston we can help determine the market value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
