We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your real estate investment needs a renter, we immediately assign a property manager to get the property listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every Realtor in Rosemont.
The property manager will scrutinize your real estate investment and make recommendations that could improve your rental's rental value. The property manager will also notify you of maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors if needed.
The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your home. By comparing your real estate investment to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your property to offerings that recently rented in Rosemont we will nail down the retail value of your home. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
