If your property requires a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the home advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every real estate agent in Porto Vecchio.

The property manager will inspect your property and make suggestions that will likely improve your rental's rentability. The Realtor will also list maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors if needed.

The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Porto Vecchio we can help determine the market value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
