If your home is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the real estate investment on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every Realtor in Olympus_incl.

The Realtor will take a look at your property and make recommendations that could improve your rental's rentability. The Realtor will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen when called upon.

The real estate agent will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your home to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Olympus_incl we can nail down the actual value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
