If your home needs a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the real estate investment listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every Realtor in Old_town.
The property manager will take a look at your property and make suggestions that could improve your property's rental value. The Realtor will also list maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors when necessary.
The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your rental to offerings that recently rented in Old_town we will best know the retail value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
