If your property requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the home advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every property manager in Northampton_place.

The Realtor will scrutinize your real estate investment and make suggestions that could improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also determine repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if needed.

The Realtor will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to real estate investments that recently rented in Northampton_place we will nail down the market value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
