If your real estate investment needs a renter, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the rental listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every Realtor in Marlan Heights.

The Realtor will scrutinize your rental and make recommendations that will likely improve your home's rental value. The property manager will also list repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when needed.

The Realtor will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your rental.
