If your property requires a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the home advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every Realtor in Kensington Courts.

The real estate agent will take a look at your home and make recommendations that could improve your real estate investment's rental value. The Realtor will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when called upon.

The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your home to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to offerings that recently rented in Kensington Courts we will best know the actual value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
