If your real estate investment requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the home on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every real estate agent in Indian_spring.

The property manager will take a look at your property and make suggestions that could improve your rental's rental value. The Realtor will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors when called upon.

The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your home to offerings that recently rented in Indian_spring we will best know the market value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
