If your property requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the property listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every property manager in Hollin_hall_village.

The property manager will inspect your home and make suggestions that will improve your rental's rentability. The Realtor will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors if needed.

The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Hollin_hall_village we will help determine the retail value of your rental. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
