If your home needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every property manager in Highpointe.

The Realtor will carefully examine your property and make recommendations that will improve your home's rental value. The property manager will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors if needed.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Highpointe we can help determine the market value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
