We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the real estate investment listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every property manager in Glenmore.
The real estate agent will take a look at your home and make suggestions that could improve your rental's rental value. The real estate agent will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen when needed.
The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your home. By comparing your home to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Glenmore we will best know the actual value of your home. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
