During the lease term in Glenmore

During tenancy, the rental home belongs to the tenant we respect the tenant 's privacy. If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to go into a rental in Glenmore, the renter must allow us to access the rental. Some good reasons to enter rental are to:

  • Inspect the rental,
  • Make repairs or decorate,
  • Supply agreed services, or
  • Show the rental to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.

Nesbitt Realty will always strive to give the tenant notice and obtain tenant consent prior to entering the rental home. However, Nesbitt Realty can and will enter the rental without renter consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to agitate tenants in Glenmore. Nesbitt Realty will only access the home at reasonable hours of the day, except in the case of an emergency.
