If your property requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every Realtor in Forty Six Hundred.

The property manager will inspect your rental and make recommendations that will likely improve your property's rentability. The Realtor will also list maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen if called upon.

The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your home to homes that recently rented in Forty Six Hundred we can best know the market value of your home. From there we can make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
