Do you need a tenant for a property in Fairfield?
We don't just find tenants. We find good tenants.
The key to good rental property management is great tenants. Nesbitt Realty seldom has problems with renters that we place.
Nesbitt Realty has experience with difficult tenants because we've inherited difficulties from real estate investors who found their own renters, or from property owners who have brought us renters from other property managers.
The key to discovering a good tenant is starting with an understanding of the criteria that describes the ideal
We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your property requires a renter, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the property advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every real estate agent in Fairfield.
The Realtor will take a look at your rental and make suggestions that will improve your home's rental value. The property manager will also list maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen when needed.
The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Fairfield we will nail down the actual value of your rental. From there we can make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
