We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the rental listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every property manager in Cameron Homes.
The Realtor will carefully examine your property and make recommendations that will improve your rental's rentability. The Realtor will also determine repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen if needed.
The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Cameron Homes we can help determine the actual value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the home.
