If your home needs a renter, we immediately assign a property manager to get the rental listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every real estate agent in Beacon Hill.

The Realtor will take a look at your real estate investment and make recommendations that will improve your real estate investment's rental value. The Realtor will also list maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen when needed.

The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your home.
