Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in Woodstone.
The Realtor will carefully examine your property and make suggestions that will improve your rental's rental value. The Realtor will also determine maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen if called upon.
