Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every property manager in Woodstone.

The real estate agent will take a look at your real estate investment and make suggestions that will likely improve your real estate investment's rentability. The property manager will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when called upon.

The real estate agent will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your rental.
